According to reports, China Railway Special Cargo Logistics Co., Ltd. has prepared 40 brand-new backpack-style refrigerated containers and 40 dedicated flat cars for cold chain transport to ensure smooth service. With the regularized operation of the cold chain transport route from Yuxi's Yanhe to Vientiane via the China-Laos Railway, it is expected that over 50,000 tons of high-quality fruits and vegetables will be transported annually from Yuxi to Southeast Asian countries. As of August 26, the China-Laos Railway has transported a cumulative total of 135,900 tons of cold chain goods.
